Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out via a tracked Royal Mail or courier service.
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including postal disruptions or adverse weather. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers once your order has been dispatched.
You are responsible for ensuring a valid and accessible delivery address is provided at the time of ordering.
